How is the program funded?

The program is largely funded by the New York State Department of Health, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the New York City Council.

Additional Help:

Brooklyn Breast Health Partnership (BBHP) staff may call you:

  • To explain tests
  • To offer help for getting to appointments
  • To remind you of your annual appointment

What if I need more tests?

Someone from the clinic or hospital will call you:

  • To let you know if you need more tests
  • To make an appointment for you

You may have to go to a different Partnership clinic or a hospital for these tests:

  • Please call the clinic anytime you have questions.
  • These tests are paid for by this program.
  • You should not be asked to pay for them, or get a bill for them. If you do – it’s a mistake. Call the clinic or call us.
