Welcome to the Patient Relations/Ombudsman Program at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center.

Patient representatives act as advocates for you and your family.

Brookdale's representatives can:

• Explain hospital policies and procedures
• Discuss concerns about your stay or treatment.
• Clarify your rights and responsibilities .
• Deal with issues that have not been resolved to your satisfaction by the nurse manager or your physician.
• Make appropriate referrals as indicated or needed.
